Help answer the question about diet nutrition weight loss
Do you think advocating weight loss is healthy?There's a massive campaign to encourage weight loss in obese individuals. Health and nutrition advocates often encourage people to change diets or exersize in order to lose weight. This has led to a variety of unhealthy dieting, fasting and weight loss surgery. None of this has proven completely effective. In fact, 90% of people who diet wind up back at the weight they started, sometimes heavier. However, correlations between premature death and many health-related diseases have been found among obese individuals (although many argue that there are just as many health-related problems among those with alledgedly ideal weights, and that nutritionists do not appropriately consider the individuals lifestyle and exersize habits before pointing the finger at overweight). What do you think?
Maybe my question is unclear: What I mean is, why do we advocate WEIGHT LOSS per se, as opposed to simply healthy living/eating? Do you think a person who is physically active and eats healthily is still at risk if they are not losing weight?

Personally I think you look fine. There are no miracle diets. Try weight watchers or just eating in moderation. Yes workout videos are helpful. Here is something to help you eat sensibly:

These are both a rip off. You would get the same result from drinking V-8 Splash Lite or any other Lite fruit juice.
I started taking those pills yesterday. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the early evening. So far i haven't had any side effects yet. I feel like those pills burn the food I eat really fast, so eating a normal meal is like a must. Otherwise ur stomach feels empty and u might feel nauseated, because the pills are still working in ur system. If u take the full dose ( 4 pills per day) one bottle ( 60 pills) , will only last for 15 days. So it's kind of expensive. I'm only on the 2nd day, but I hope this is a little help.
P.S. it has a lot of caffeine and caffeine like stimulant mixtures, of about 195mg per 2-capsule serving. it also has vitamin B6 , magnesium and a few other ingrediants in it.
Well, I'm on my 5th day now and it seems like it works, but very slow. So to me, it's not worth the money. Every body is different though…..so what doesn't work for me might work better on someone else.
Congratulations on the baby! I too have almost no time to hang out in the gym. Losing a lot of weight is hard when you have no free time. you said you didn't want to see any fad diets or anything like that so i would recommend at least a low carb diet. Taking care of all the kids is more than enough exercise
. Lol, After a while you will stop losing weight as rapidly and at that time i would recommend an aid of some sort. I read about this stuff that works better then that alli stuff and you don't get the nasty treatment effects. Its called proactol. I have also found a few articles that might help you out.

It would have been impossible to loose the weight without some help and encouragement. I now feel great and glad that I did not put it off.
I agree, it is true, there are so many people that I deal with on a regular basis that have weight problems but never mention wanting to do something about it. They will make compliments to others and say how they wish they could fit in a size 4 or say only one leg could fit in your pants. I know the type. Yes, we should really help our love ones, by creating family activities that keep them moving. Let's not name call, because I am sure they know that they are at an uncomfortable size.

It blocks absorption of something like 25% of the fat passing through your digestive tract. No miracles. If you're already on a low fat diet, it won't do much of anything. If you continue your evil overeating ways, it won't save you from yourself.
Downside, loose stools, and it ain't cheap.
