    Look….the little changes you make are huge accomplishments!
    My life stile has been changed a lot, I really mean a lot….so no wonder that if I still have days I binge I no longer gain weight!
    It is because I am self aware of and try to recover it immediately!

    Geez..I love the drama!
    I believe in myself but also believe in my own needs.
    And my needs say, yo bitch, give this gorgeous body some junk food, some fat, some something…
    So I go to the fridge and take some chips (oooops…I am the freak one)…and feed myself BUT…then punish myself by deleting videos, accounts, saying I quit…and all the nice stuffs.

    I would suggest going on youtube and search for 'Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred'

    There are 3 levels. 1 being easiest and 3 being the hardest (and 1 is pretty hard!)

    Drink nothing but water, eat 5-6 SMALL meals. Not 3 large ones. If you ever find yourself getting a bit peckish, drink some water or grab the nearest piece of fruit or veg. Some people commonly mistake thirst for hunger.

    Set yourself a calorie limit. Then try and decrease it a little maybe each month.
    Keep a diary or journal or maybe even find a diet buddy. Motivation is a VERY important key when losing weight.

    There is no such thing as a good plan. To lose weight you need to cut your calories, eat smaller portions, eat 3 healthy meals a day with a healthy snack between each meal, eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, limit your snacks and burn up more calories than you take in.

    i have no idea why they would suggest no caffeine. Caffeine is a proven fat burner and there are litterally thousands of studies to back that up. special diets like that come and go. increasing caffeine intake is the way to go to cut body fat. just dont over due it.

  15. I enjoy fitness, working out, and etc. I try a lot of programs. Many work and some not as well. Personally, for men (and even women), free weights and circuit training are great.

    As always, diet and exercise are the key for weight loss, muscle toning, and even muscle mass building.

    As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day. I know you mentioned about not taking shakes. But, protein shakes are great for recovery after intensive workouts. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. You should vary your meals accordingly.

    Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. Try some of the powerlifts such as squats and deadlifts. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.

    The above routine has been my diet and exercise plan which allowed me to lose over 40 pounds and develop lean muscle mass.

    Currently, I am trying out different programs to see how they are and pass on the information to my clients and associates. One program that I am trying out but I am still in the first week is a popular program that is heavily advertised called P90x (with Tony Horton). So far, it is a great workout for men (even women) who are a bit advanced in their fitness and aggressive with their fitness goals. They operate on a concept called muscle confusion. Workouts consist of weights, plyrometrics, kemp karate, yoga, pull-ups, push-ups, ab exercises that are tough, etc. It takes more of a time committment to do it. But, I have been having great results (more definition, etc.) in less than a week.

    By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.

    This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly.
