Eggs may have a lot of good nutriens in them but they also contain a lot of bad stuff. Most people boil or fry their eggs which causes the proteins to coagulation and kills most nutriens. Of course you can eat your eggs raw but this is kind of “yuk” and it also increases the danger of salmonellae.

pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Do cardio and light weights with alot of reps. Eat right (vegs and fruits), also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (more would be better). Just keep this up and you will be there.

Hi Natalie,
I really appreciate your contribution to diet education. However, I don’t agree to your suggestion to eat fish, eggs and milk products. I know that there are many different oppinions about that but from what I know about human anatomy we are not very well adapted to diegesting animal products.
Moreover, it is not natural to drink the birth milk of a different species. Infact, our body rejects milk as soon as we are weaned from birth milk.

You are not going to like what I am about to say but unfortunately it's the truth.
Dramatic weight loss is shockingly bad for you. This wrecks your metabolism and irreversibly damages your immune system. When faced with an intensive calorie restriction, your brain immediately thinks you are starving and sends your body directly into famine mode.
Your metabolism slows and your body does its utmost to preserve precious fat stores. It starts to use up fat burning muscle tissue for fuel instead of life-saving fat which slows your metabolism even further.
Say you go on a 'diet.' You severely limit your food intake. After one month you have lost 20 pounds. You'd be ecstatic, right?
The problem is that only around 12 pounds of that will be fat, 6 pounds will be muscle and the rest water. Happy with your loss you go back to eating exactly how you did before. You gain all the weight back (maybe even more) and quickly.

Fermented milk products do have some benefits because in our hygenic environment most healthy bacteria are killed, but I would only ferment plant-based liquids like home-made almond milk or coconut milk.

Goats milk is better than cows milk because it is more similar to the human breast milk, but I still think it is better to obtain those nutriens from other sources. Last but not least, most of the nutriens are destroyed by pasteurising the milk so the milk you buy in the grocery store, you can completely forget.

My list of healthy foods would look something like this:
1) tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, papaya, ect.)
root vegetables (beet roots, carrots, sweet potatos…)
2) coconut water
3) healthy fats (avocados, olives coconut …)
4) wild greens
5) vegetable fruits (cucumber, tomatos, ball peppers…)
6) sprouds
7) nuts
9) extra virgin oils / freshly squeezed juices (not as good as whole foods but high in nutriens)
10) “healty sweets” dryed fruits, ect.
