    this could be possible with right food and alot of excersise. on the australian biggest looser people lost up to 16Kg in 1 week !!!! i think someone go 18 Kg not sure

    Dont try them all together without speaking to a accredited pharmacist.

    Lets not get confused about the weight you've lost. I'm sure that the weight you've lost was mainly fat. And being healthy involves getting rid of excess fat. Your weight is very healthy, depends on your height of course. But you don't have to worry. You are perfectly fine.

    Now what you do have to understand is when you eat less calories and burn more calories, you will lose weight. And this is fairly common with women… they'll go to the gym and work out obsessively on cardio equipment, not doing any weights. If you do that and eat less calories, of course you'll continue to lose more fat, and you'll even start burning muscle when your body has no more fat to burn. So remember to do weights & cardio. You won't lose weight but you'll be healthy. You may even gain a few pounds of muscle and look even better naked cuz its all muscle, no flabbiness!

    And I know you said you cut out junk food, but in your case feel free to reward yourself sometimes. A burger here, pizza there, maybe french fries, just don't break your good gym habits and you'll be good.

    There's no magic pill… it comes down to making good choices, eating more fruits and vegetables, drink more water, drop the alcohol and exercise. Lead an active lifetstyle, start off by walking 30 minutes, make it brisk walks, then up the time, …. it takes hard work. But this hard work is what pays off and will stay off. Quick loss only comes back.
