Help answer the question about nutrition weight loss plan
Residential weight loss center/eating disorder treatment?I want to find a weight loss center that you can live at full time for a week, few weeks or month.
I'm looking for aspects of:
Nutritionist evaluation/developing a custom food plan.
No fad/unusual diets.
Education about nutrition
Psychological counceling/group therapy/support group to deal with the emotional side of eating.
Exercise components that can be tailored to an individual's fitness level and/or physical limitations.
Meals are provided while there.
Chance to learn about meal preparation/studying nutrition labels to fit your diet
Reasonably priced – which would probably mean it isn't taking place at a "spa" or "resort".
An eating disorder treatment place might be able to meet most of these criteria, but I think a lot of them just take place as an add-on to a drug/alcohol rehab center.
So far the only places I've found that meet the criteria are Structure House and the Duke Diet and Fitness Center, both in Durham, North Carolina.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Just remember, just beccause you are over 100 pounds, doesn't make you fat, or over weight nessersarily..
Oh, and there is no such thing as fast weight lose, either. It takes time.
Have vegetable sticks or fruit instead of the ice cream and chips, other than that, if you can actually keep the rountine up, then go for it.
