Help answer the question about nutrition weight loss program

Are there any sites with personalized nutrition menus aimed at weight loss?
I know there are a ton of dieting programs that you can get your food sent to you in a box, or websites where you pay for recipes corelating to your personal needs. But I was curious as to whether anyone knows of free sites that provide dieting plans and menus, either low calorie or something similar.

    From what I understand Targeted weight loss does not work. Weight loss is a total body function. Burning more calories than you take in. You can however sculpt your body by targeting muscle groups to accent portions of your body.

    … what i mean is there is no such thing as "fast" AND "healthy" they don't go together. weight loss requires consistently making the best diet and exercise choices. for it to be lasting and healthy… it will take time

    The best program is just plain eating right, cutting out procesed food and getting natural exercise.
    It will cost less and do more for you that any other program.
    Get a friend to work with you, I'm sure you have some over weight friends, since over 30% of people are overweight.
