Most people won’t do anything that isn’t either interesting or fun. For the majority of us trying to lose weight doesn’t fall into either category. That is unless you love to exercise, or find it fun to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. If that is the case, you probably shouldn’t be reading this. As for the rest of us, let’s face it, most of us are just too overworked, stressed out, or just plain tired, to think about a heavy exercise regiment.
